41 Reviews of Pizza Biscuit Bake

From: Pooh Bear

On Jun 28, 2004

I've made this 3 times and I can't believe I haven't reviewed it. In a nutshell, this recipe is AWESOME! It gets snarfed down before my eyes. I'm starting to wonder if I should make two pans to meet the demands. You should hear the moans of disappointment when the pan is empty. I first thought that this would be a ho-hum recipe based on the ingredients but was I proved wrong. I've never heard of this recipe but my BF says that he's had it before many times. Leave it to the Zaar nation to have just about anything you are looking for. EXCELLENT, inexpensive, fairly quick to prepare as these ingred's are usually on hand in most homes. Thank you tons for this great post

Yummy! I was short on time when I made this but I managed to make everything, layer and place in the refrigerator so I could bake it when I came back. I added some shrooms to this and it was great! Thanks for posting such an easy recipe.

A quick substitute for homemade pizza. I used reduced fat biscuits, and I used turkey pepperoni, and also reduced fat moz. cheese. The biscuits got nice and toasty on the bottom. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.

Another very good recipe. Our son has his friend over and the other son's girlfriend is over again and they all said it was very good.. I did put italian seasoning on the sauce and next time want to try it with italian sausage. Thanks for a great recipe. faith58

This was DELICIOUS!!! The whole family loved it! The only thing I did differently was to add more pizza sauce and I did not cut the biscuits in quarters...I left them whole and my daughter pressed them down really good in the pan. It turned out fantastic. Thanks for posting!!!

Everyone in my family liked this. The biscuits make it quick and easy and it was good as leftovers reheated in the oven or a slice in the broiler.

I gave this 5 stars. My family loved this recipe. My 2 newphews had 2 plates at their request. This is yummy and so easy. I will make this again. I did not cut each biscuit but next time I will as it will be easier to serve. I added some sliced canned mushrooms. Next time I will saute my peppers and onion as they were still crunchy. I may add some garlic to the peppers and onions and some italian seasoning to the sauce. Thanks for posting a yummy recipe! Christine (internetnut)
