This chicken was really good! We all love the Outback version and although this one isn"t exactly the same, it's awfully close. We butterflied each breast so they would cook quicker and they came out moist and tender. My daughter and I couldn't believe how great the chicken smelled when we took the lid off after marinating. We agreed that if it smelled that good RAW, it should be awesome once it was cooked and it definitely was! Thank you Carly!
