An absolute gem of a recipe, Boomette. My accolades cannot equal just how much I loved this. I doubled the quantity for serving at a casual family luncheon, and obviously should have at least tripled it! So refreshing and flavoursome: a lovely balance of flavours and textures. I'm a big fan of baby spinach leaves and it was great to have them in a simple quick to prepare salad with other such delicious ingredients, and I loved the way the honey complemented the tartness of the grapefruit. I'm going to be making this often during the summer months - to share and just for me to enjoy too! Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.

This was great. I wasn't sure about grapefruit in a salad but it worked so well. The grapefruit was very sweet and juicy so it was great. I did add a little more honey to the dressing and dry pan browned the walnuts but other than that made as directed. Loved it. thanks Boomette

This was great. I reduced it down to one serving and only used about 1 t of olive oil in the dressing. Had to use green leaf lettuce instead of spinach. Very good and refreshing. I added grilled chicken to mine to make it a meal. Will definately repeat this one.

This was a nice quick and easy salad, made according to directions. Only change was added a few slices of sharp cheddar cheese and I used cranraisens instead of cranberries. Will definitely make again.

I loved this. I used pecans instead of walnuts, and used a beautiful ruby red grapefruit. My only concern is that no one else in my family would eat it...they didn't like the combination of flavors or didn't like the grapefruit. And as grapefruits go, mine was very mild, but tangy and sweet at the same time. I think they would have loved the dressing and salad without the grapefruit....maybe they are just grapefruit phobic!

For a simple and seemingly odd combo of ingredients, this is DELISH! I love how each ingredient adds its own dimension- there's nothing extra here, just pure good flavor. Thanks so much Boomette.

DELISH,...love everything in this and we eat so much salad that it is great to try new mixes...(i can get in the old red leaf, romaine with tomato rut)...I did end up doubling the amount of spinach because I like more green to dressing (personal pref.) and had it as dinner with cranberry scones (Cranberry Whole Wheat Scones, Diabetic Friendly)the whole meal was a delightful contrasting sweet and tangy...will def make this again and again (**love a excuse to splurge on a bunch of baby spinach) --->Thanks Boomette

A very nice salad and a nice change from the usual. I really liked the addition of grapefruit. Thanks for sharing!

Five stars for simplicity, color and taste. (I love red onions so I had to add them.) Replaced honey with agave nectar. Season with freshly ground black pepper. All of my favorite ingredients! Next time I'll toast the walnuts as I forgot to do that. Thank you! cg
