This was very good! It has a sweet and crunchy layer on the outside that was just wonderful. Also, it was so juicy and tender. The bottom crust was a little soggy, but it didn't matter at all. What do you expect? It's not being deep fried! Very, very good! Made for ZWT 4.

Basically concur with the previous two reviewers. Nicely-flavoured chicken. Good instructions. Bottom crust needs crisping.

This was easy and the chicken turned out nice and moist with just a nice hint of sweetness. I too had trouble with the bottom going a bit soggy but the crumbs on top were very nicely done. Made for the Zingo portion of ZWT4.

Reviewed during ZWT4 This was an easy breezy recipe as promised. Super quick from preparation and into the oven. I used gluten-free rice crumbs with a dash of Italian mixed dried herbs added,. The balsamic honey glued the crumbs to the chicken nicely. May have just been the rice crumbs but they were a little soggy underneath...but beautifully cooked on the outer. Thanks for posting such a quick baked chicken recipe. Photo also to be posted

This was surprising for me! I'm usually not a sweet stuff on chicken type of person, but this was FABULOUS. It wasn't crispy enough, so we tossed it under the broiler for a few minutes and it cooked up perfectly. Made for ZWT and will def be making again.

What an easy and tasty way to make baked chicken. I used a bone-in chicken breast with skin. I didn't change a thing with this recipe. The chicken was moist and tender with a slightly sweet taste. I didn't have a problem with the bottom being soggy. I think it was because I used a bone-in chicken and baked it with the ribbed side down. The whole chicken breast came out perfectly with a nice crunching topping. Thanks for sharing a great recipe. Made for ZWT4 Family Picks.

easy to make and tasty. Same problem the others had with a soggy bottom crust. I think i'll have to try craftylady's suggestion of bone in chicken breasts to see if that solves the problem because otherwise this dish was very nice!

Super easy recipe with nice results. I used the dried bread crumbs as indicated but if I were to make this again I would use fresh bread crumbs. The chicken was moist and tender and had a sweet edge. The crust was a bit dry. Our breasts were done in 20 minutes. Lovely recipe! Zaar World Tour 4. Whine and Cheese.

This really was easy to make! This was my first time making chicken breaded, in the oven and it worked out well. I knew it would be a bit soggy on the bottom, but we don't have a rack to put the chicken on. I cut the chicken into strips, and it still worked out great! Thanks!
