We really enjoyed the chicken fajitas I made for supper using your wonderful Fajita Seasoning Mix. It's so quick to mix and tastes a million times better than commercial seasonings! Believe I've bought my last packaged! Thanks a bunch for posting. Laudee C.

It was good enough for me to make a second time, but not my favorite. Then again, I only tried it on steak fajitas. If you like the taste of chili powder, then you will like it because that seems to be where most of the flavor comes from. My husband and I prefer a tangier, less bitter flavor.

Very tasty! I mixed this up quickly and rubbed some on chicken breasts, let them rest for about 20 minutes then drizzled them with olive oil and put them on the George grill. Mmm. I'd grilled peppers and sliced onion first, so things smelled great in the kitchen. It was spicy but not hot (just maybe too hot to share with cats). I'm definitely making this again.

We loved this so much I've made it twice... the second time I tripled the recipe so we could have some on hand for those fajita emergencies! I doubled the cayenne and garlic powder for our tastes. Great recipe. Thanks!

I saw the comments about this not tasting like Lawry's... I think I found the "trick", add lime juice and worchestershire sauce to meat. My husband is also a die hard Lawry's fan!!! I've tried other fajita recipes in the past and he disliked every one... until now. He said these were the best ever! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I felt the recipe did need the extra "kick" of lime & worchestershire.

I have used this for shrimp, chicken and steak fajitas and it is fantastic with all of them. I added a little water as the store packs say to do and it was delicious.I also left out the sugar because of diabetes and it did not seem to effect the taste. Ladies you have to give this one a try!!! Thanks so much for posting this one!!!

I doubled this recipe and added it to my growing collection of recipezaar homemade mixes. At the bulk food staore I was able to purachase the exact amount of each spice and that turned out to be a real money saver. I used a smokey paprika instead of regular. I look forward to using this mix real soon, thanks for posting!

I love to make my own mixes and this one is a winner!!! Way less expensive when you figure out the cost of making vs. buying. Great flavor!!!!
