How easy was that? My butcher gets freakishly large chickens, so one breast-half was MORE than enough for the two of us. I sliced it against the grain, and fanned it over spanish rice. I did cook two, so the other one I will use in wraps or burritos tonight. Really moist, flavourful chicken, thanks!

I've made this recipe before from another site. Very yummy! A little too spicy for my family but I really liked it.

This is one of my favorite recipes! My family and I take the chicken and cut it up into bite-size pieces, then wrap them in tortillas with lettuce. Yummy!

This chicken is super moist and the taco seasoning adds a little bit of a different twist. I like to use Pepper Jack cheese also. I discovered this recipe several months ago and it has quickly become a requested recipe at our house. Thanks for posting!

Made this the other night and it was wonderful. I cut up the chicken in strips before coating with the taco seasoning. I made my own salsa with black beans, diced tomatoes, and corn. We ate it over mexican rice. Yum!

A definate winner with my entire family. Everyone commented on how great the chicken was. I used boneless chicken breasts that I seasoned with Di's Taco Seasoning Mix #45798 on both sides, browned in a little EVOO, then added the salsa, covered for ten minutes (the chicken was very thin). Then I smothered it with the cheddar cheese, mixed with some pepperjack that I had on hand and popped it under the broiler for about 4 mins. That's it! Embarassingly easy for such a flavorful dish. Thanks for a new go-to dish, ngibsonn!

Very Good. I baked mine on the grill. I wrapped it in foil and checked it periodically. It made the chicken tender, delicious.

A friend and I trade services. She does many errands, etc for me, and I cook for her. This is one of the meals that she requests. She likes the layers of smokey flavoring from the taco seasoning and the heat of the salsa. I often add the cheese after I have prepared the dish. It then melts when she reheats it. Served with a tossed salad and cornbread, the meal is complete.

This was good! I have a similar recipe, so I knew what it would be like. I used 2 pounds 12 ounces of chicken, and used about half a package of the taco seasoning mix. Everyone liked it! Thanks!

I have had this in my To Be Made cookbook forever! I can't believe it has taken me so long to make this because it is delicious! My husband, kids and I all ate it and enjoyed it! We made the recipe exactly as written, served with Spanish Rice and black beans and it made for a very filling and delicious meal. Thanks!
