I am always looking for a new and interesting taste sensation. This was it. Really liked the cool/icy-hot taste. Went well with our Zaar Cookathon/ 4th of July menu. Thanks for a recipe that shakes things up a bit.

Very different and so super good!! The cold watermelon is just wonderful with the hot jalapenos and the zippy lime added another taste sensation! Very easy recipe to follow and so quick to make. I served this with a chicken breast sauted in butter and a big pina' colada. Thanks for this recipe Rhonda O!!

Yum!!!!!! A wonderful side to grilled chicken. Salsa has a great double kick. Nice and cool but yet zingy! I am going to try this with a grilled shrimp next.

This was wonderful. The girls at the office raved about it and I printed several copies for people. This was easy to make and the combination of flavors was superb. Oh, I forgot the lime juice but didn't even realize it until I was sharing the recipe. Yum, yum, yum!!

I just loved this thak you. It was a great combo of hot, sweet, sour, salty and then the crunch. I can't eat watermelon as a fruit, but love it in salads (there are some wonderful watermelon and feta salads here on 'zaar). I wondered after I made this why I waited so long!

This is so good. Everyone was so impressed at how different it was from the regular old salsa. Will be making this as long as I can before the summer goes out.

What a winner recipe. So very unusual. I had mixed reactions on this from my guests but to me it was just wonderful with the bonus of being so extremely easy to make. Thank you for sharing!

Awesome recipe! Totally surprised my friends with it having watermelon instead of tomato. I doubled the lime and also added the zest of those limes. Yummy! I would have taken a picture but they ate it too fast!! Oh yeah, I served it with "hint of lime" chips for even MORE flavor!
