18 Reviews of Ham & Cheese Quiche

From: Jennifer Wood

On Aug 4, 2004

This was a very easy recipe to put together. I sauteed ham, onions & green pepper before adding to the egg mixture and used cheddar cheese. I didn't use a pie crust because I didn't have a prepared one and didn't feel like making one from scratch. I really didn't miss it though. I added salt and pepper the way I would if I were making scrambled eggs and found it a little too salty with the ham. I would probably leave out the salt next time. My one year old loved this.

Easy and delicious! It's one of my favorites now, for breakfast. For dinner, I added chopped broccoli and it was perfect!

This was super easy and a big hit at our house. Both kids and adults liked this quiche. No adjustments were necessary.

I used to make these often because the recipe is so VERSATILE, EASY, and best of all, CHEAP! These are very important considerations for a busy Mommy! Anyway, I lost my recipe, so THANKS Kelly! I just wrote it down on a sticky label so I can stick it on the inside of my cupboard door!

This quiche is great, and smells great while cooking. I used broccoli instead of ham because I don't eat pork and the results were delicous. Thanks!!

Although simple, this was easy enough to make on a weeknight and was delicious with a simple side salad - a really good basic quiche recipe that also tastes great as leftoers and freezes well - enjoy!

I was a little sceptical of this at first because it was such a simple recipe. BOY WAS I WRONG. It turned out better than I would have EVER expected. I used some left over Honey Baked Ham, added an extra egg and a little extra cheese. Other than that I didn't change a thing. Served it with salted sliced tomato's on the side. YUMMY !!!!! My BF is probably eating the left overs for breakfast as I type this. Thanks for a keeper !
