WOW!!!!! These are soooooo good! I only let them marinate for 2 hours and they were great. I would, however, marinate them for longer as the flavour would be better. I took one of the other reviewers advice and cut back on the oil. As well, I added one more garlic clove (love garlic!) Thanks for posting this, I will definately make this again!!!

This is a great marinade! I used it on chicken as well. It is really good for grilling skinless chicken because the marinade adds fat so the chicken doesn't burn. I think the next time I make it, though, I will reduce the amount of oil.

These are NOT the "best grilled pork chops", they are the "best grilled pork chops-EVER." I really can't give this recipe enough stars, it's honestly restaurant quality. The chops were tender and juicy and absolutely bursting with flavorful (not a phrase I use often lol). I only made a few personal preference changes: added an extra garlic clove and used olive oil instead of vegetable. I did poke holes in the chops with a tenderizer "fork." Then, I dumped the chops into a bag with all the ingredients and let it sit in the fridge for about 7 or 8 hours. Grilled em for the suggested 15 minutes and they were perfect. If you're on the fence about trying this recipe, do yourself a favor and try it!

Love it! We all agreed they were very good (including two kids ages five and eight.) I made this two nights ago and doubled it for two dinners. For the chops I put them in a Tupperware marinade container and stuck 'em in the fridge. I also did boneless skinless chicken breasts that were frozen in a Ziplock bag, I pulled it out of the freeze and poured the marinade over them, sealed it up and stuck them back in the fridge. I did the pork chops the first night and marinated for about two hours, then grilled outside. Yummy! The chicken was done last night on the grill and they were great! Not dry like bnls sknls breasts can be on the grill. I did use olive oil instead of vegetable because I buy it at Costco in the huge plastic jug, and I used about a tablespoon of the pre minced garlic in a jar (Costco again) and the full amount of lemon pepper is essential! DH would put lemon pepper on ice cream if he thought no one was looking, and he loved these. Maybe next time I will add a little lemon juice too just cause I love lemon and it is a natural tenderizer. Wonderful stuff!!!

This was the best tasting pork chops I have ever tasted in my life! The lemon pepper was perfect! I used only a tablespoon of oil, but it didn't take away any flavor! This marinade was used for 8 pork chops, and I marinaded them for quite a while actually (we were going to have them for lunch, but then we had them for dinner instead) So, they were in the fridge for about 6 or 7 hours! The pork chops were tender and full of flavor--everyone loved them. They thought it was cool not to need ketchup...We will be having this again-hopefully soon! Thank you for sharing!

I let the pork chops marinate about 8 hours before grilling. WOW, what a wonderful flavor!!! The combination of ingredients were perfect. Thank you so much!

I do not usually like pork chops because they are so dry. These were absolutely marvelous. The marinade on these made them so very moist. I did marinade the chops for about four hours. My teenaged son thought that they were wonderful. That is quite a compliment.
