Pretty tasty; this is not cookie but cake. The base is like vanilla cake, only a little chewier. The cinnamon mixture melts down thru it and spreads out. It almost reminds me of a cakelike cinnamon bun. Probably would make a good coffee cake. (I'm sure the "1cup cinnamon" is a mistake; I used 1 Tbsp but 1 tsp would probably work.)
