My family loves this recipe. Every gathering involving my husband's family requires serving asparagus. I've tried many recipes, but nothing got the raves that this roasting recipe received. I snap off the ends of the asparagus, put them in a Ziplock bag, pour in some olive oil and sea salt and dump it into a stoneware roasting pan. Incredible AND easy and loved by everyone. I usually do this in the oven on 450 degrees for 10-20 minutes, depending on quantity.

Simple, quick and delicious! The asparagus gets a slightly smoky taste from the grilling, yet the flavor of the asparagus really shines through. Thanks for posting!

Perfectly simple grilled asparagus. I did get distracted with a side dish in the house, and over-grilled just a bit, but the flavor was still great. Asparagus is one of our favorite veggies, and we will be making this a lot through the season.

I marinated the aparagus in the olive oil and seasoned salt with some Mrs Dash thrown in for good measure. Wrapped in foil and tossed the spears on the grill until tender. The taste was awesome Hubby and I fought over the last serving. Will definetly make again!

I tried this many times. It is excellent and our familly's new way to cook asparagus. Yum! It gives it a better taste.

Excellent asparagus, DH loved it. I was looking for an easy, quick asparagus recipe to go with a special dish, this fit the bill perfectly. Often the simplest is the tastest and the best, thanks for sharing. Will be using this one all summer.

This was great! Simple and tasty! The asparagus had a nice nutty flavor! I had to grill mine on foil because it was too small to put right on the grill. Took quite a bit longer than 3 minutes, but worth it! Thanks!
