This recipe was delicious. My husband thought it tasted too much like rhubarb pie, but I adore rhubarb in whatever form I can get it in! I do think the 3/4 cup sugar was a bit too much for my tastes. I would start with a smaller amount and add to taste. It was also easy to make- which is always good.

Excellent way to use rhubarb. I followed the recipe exactly I found the amount of sugar to be just right for us , not overly sweet. I used Earl Gray Tea bags. I will be making this again, thanks for sharing this recipe.

Easy and very good. Used an herbal ginger zing tea, and the full amount of sugar. This has a delicate rhubarb flavour which is quite nice.

Kym, I thought this tasted more like regular iced tea, than an iced rhubarb tea, and after adding it to a glass of ice, it really diluted the flavor of the tea all together. I think one should cut back on the water, (as 3-quarts seems a bit much) or perhaps add a bit more rhubarb. Also, I thought more sugar should be added as well. Kym, I'm sorry that I wasn't able to give this recipe a better review, but I'm glad to see others here really enjoyed the tea, and thank you for posting the recipe.
