From: Noel "star "5 2 Net nick name and life long name a

does not say when to put vanilla and nuts in. if your an candy maker, you'll automatically put them in after you boil, and just before you pour into pan. Beganners may have a probelume. just don't put vanilla in before boiling. vanilla may evaporate from the high heat.

I had never made this type of fudge before,so I didn't know what to expect, but this is very delicious. I have made it twice for different groups and everyone really enjoyed it. I cannot get it cut without breaking it, so everyone eats unattractive, but delicious fudge.Easy and yummy.

I really enjoyed this fudge, and it was especially great for a really quick-fix fudge treat, and nice to be able to make something that didn't require special ingredients or a candy thermometer! I skipped the nuts the first time, but won't agagin, and I think a little salt (1/2 tsp?) would also make it taste extra-good. Be sure to store in a tightly closed container, because it dries out pretty quickly otherwise. I'm about to make it again, and was tihnking of adding some coconut this time around. Thanks for posting this!

this is more of a granulated candy. I would in no way call this fudge.
