A classic made for the microwave and in a single serving too. I enjoy this recipe frequently. I also use Splenda rather than sugar and I use 1/2 tsp more vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. Great for those chocolate cravings.

A little sweet for my taste, but it tastes just like the stuff that comes out of the box! Wish I had some marshmallows...

This was really good. I did have to add a bit more milk though because I found it a tad bit too sweet. Thanks for a quick and easy warm up

This is rich and exactly what real hot chocolate should taste like. It is so simple, that there is no need for mixes and powders. I used skim milk and Ghiradelli cocoa...and of course topped it off with a handful of mini marshmallows. Mmmm. Another great sipper.

Marvelous cup of cocoa!! I have been searching for hot chocolate recipes and have came across a few but this one really is the closest to what I have been searching for. I did add 1/2tsp more sugar to mine. (I like sweet tasting cocoas) I am so very happy that I have found a simple, easy recipe to come together in less than 3 minutes. Thank you very much for posting this cup of cocoa!!

Good and easy "real" hot cocoa. Great in a pinch, especially when you only need one serving. I made it for my two youngest when they came in from playing in the snow today. We were out of mix and I figured I'd try this. Thanks for posting.
