Made this tonight for my son to take to his class breakfast. I made a couple extra so we could taste them first. These are the absolute BEST cinnamon rolls I have ever had! My son will be the envy of his class :o)

    My whole family love these. I am baking more sweet potatoes as I write to have for this w/e batch. Love the vitamin a benefits also. Thanks!
