I had a rain check for asparagus for .88$ a pound. I bought 3 pounds and cooked it like this. It was so good. 5 of us ate 3 lbs!

Thank you so much! I've always steamed my asparagus. Tonight I tried this recipe and I will never go back to steamed. Perfect.

This was easy and delicious. Even my father who doesn't like asparagus, enjoyed this. I will make it again!

I made this for supper tonight and both DH and I loved it! I squeezed a little lemon juice on it before putting it in the oven and it was perfect! Almost had that done-on-the-grill taste to it. Thanks for a great recipe!

This is my first attempt at making fresh asparagus, I've usually used canned. Never again, this recipe was so good. What was left over, the family snacked on. This was such a simple recipe, but the end result was outstanding. I highly recommend this method of preparing fresh asparagus. Thanks luvinlife for sharing this awesome recipe.

Instead of salt and pepper, I used montreal steak seasoning. Yum! I will cook the asparagus for less time next time, as it came out mushy and quite dark after 15 minutes.

Very easy. I hate over cooked asparagus so I took it out at 10 minutes. Nice side dish for our prime rib Christmas dinner.
