HOLY PETE! I made these for a family get together, and there was NOTHING left! My husband at first balked at them, and then after trying them said they were fabulous! Will make many times over! Am printing this recipe for other family members to share! Thank you! Thank you! LA

Very easy and tasted great! Fish had a tangy lemon flavor and the sour cream/cilantro sauce was excellent!

Excellent! One of my favourite meals; it's something I go to when I'm in the mood for something a little different. A healthier alternative that I think also works great: bake the fish fillets with slices of lemon and/or lime on top of them. Then briefly mix in the skillet with the taco seasoning as per recipe. The sour cream/mayo sauce is great!

This is an excellent recipe. I did make a couple of changes. I used only sour cream for the sauce (no mayo), grilled the fish instead of the skillet and used corn tortillas warmed in oil. Great Recipe!

Simply amazing! I used lime juice instead of lemon juice and we grilled the fish as opposed to frying it. I also made some guacamole to use as a topping. Thanks for sharing your recipe. It was quick and easy to make and it's a definite keeper!

A friend gave us a whole bunch of cod, and we weren't sure how we were going to use it all up, since it's just DH and me. Well, now we know. This is a great recipe!! Very easy to put together, and the flavors in the sour cream/mayo topping work very well together. I used a chicken taco seasoning mix and fresh lime juice, instead of lemon. Rather than taco shells or flour tortillas, I pan fried some corn tortillas. What I really liked about this dish is that the fish is sauteed, rather than deep fried. Thanks for a real keeper, Tish!!

wow! if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! these fish tacos were by far one of the best things I have made on the zaar thus far. =) even my picky DH absolutely loved them! we used cod and hard taco shells that we heated up. by the last taco, I figured out the best way to enjoy the fantastic sauce was to put in the bottom of the shell and the fish on top. the sauce was so good I saved all the remainders of it to dip chips in later. thank you for a zaar star, tish!!

We had these with JMS0173's Black Beans and Rice, a combination I highly recommend. The meal was both colorful and delicious. The only change we made in the recipe was to substitute lime juice for lemon juice. For the fish, we used a combination of left-over striped bass and halibut.

This recipe is perfect as is. We liked them better on the taco shells than in the tortillas. The cabbage really gives these a unique taste. Thanks
