These were so easy to prepare! I used Nance's Hot Mustard instead of Yellow Mustard. The ginger gave this dish a great flavor! I almost used dried ginger and decided to run to the store at the last minute to purchase fresh ginger.... I am glad I did! Thank you for the recipe!!! I will make these over and over again!

I just sesrved these beans for an office potluck, and they were a big hit! I made them in a crockpot - one hour on high and then another hour on low just to keep them hot. I doubled the recipe but didn't have enough northern beans, so I used kidney beans. Don't overlook this excellent recipe.

These beans are really good! I used less ginger and would probably use less brown sugar next time too, but we enjoyed them a lot. I will definitely make again. Thanks for a new bean recipe!

WOW! The ginger really gives this a special twist, easy to prepare, easier to eat! Next time I'm going to experiment using the crock pot. Thanks for sharing.

This turned out great. I had leftovers and froze a container. They were just as good if not better thawed. I ate them warm and cold, taste great both ways! Thanks.

These beans were absolutely delicious. Made it for a cookout and the beans were the first to go. This reminds me of the "from scratch" bbq beans my mom made when I was younger. Will definitely make again. This is a keeper. Thanks so much for sharing.

Cut the sugar and molasses in half and loved these beans. I subbed 1 tsp of ground ginger for the minced and next time I'll reduce it to 1/2 - 3/4 tsp.

Made these beans to go with some BBQ'd baby back ribs and the flavor was outstanding! I didn't have any fresh ginger tho, so I added about 1/2 t. of ground ginger and that gave them a subtle ginger taste that was delish! Thanks for what will be my new baked beans recipe, Sue!
