We got a new huge George Foreman at Christmas and I used your recipe of some very nice pork chops, I did not use any BBQ sauce just the rub with of course some coarse garlic salt. Thanks for this recipe, I love new dry rub ideas!

Well, I planned to make Mean's Pulled Pork, but dh came home with pork butt steaks instead, which I have never cooked. Thank goodness I came upon this recipe in another thread! Dh made them (to make up for his grocery mishap) and just used the rub. The spice combo is great and the meat was very tender - a wonderful meal! Thanks for posting!

This was so simple! I used sea salt and had no white pepper, and it still tasted great! Dh had the leftovers the next day and really enjoyed them.

this was awesome. i used store bought barbeque sauce blended with apple juice, and served it with Charlotte J's Walnut Apple Rice [Walnut Apple Rice]. this was so easy, and so good. thank you so much for sharing it. we really enjoyed it and will make this again.

These were very good! Spicy, juicy, tender, everything I could ask of a pork steak. We will certainly have these again. Thanks for posting this.

Great Rub. I've made this with and without the BBQ sauce and I think I prefer without - it masks the great flavors in this rub. Thanks for sharing!

These turned out beautifully - so tender and flavorful! I used a homemade barbecue sauce.

We enjoyed these for dinner tonight. Next time I think I woud use less barbeque sauce so that the rub would shine through more. They were very tender and I made as directed. Thanks Denise.

Fantastic rercipe ! The pork was tender and full of flavor from the rub. I prepared two steaks with just the rub and two with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Both were winners. I plan to try this using my George Foreman grill as Rise suggested. Thanks for sharing this great recipe.
