Everyone seems to have a similar version of this salad, and I love them all! This one is nice becasue the Dijon mustard gives it a little something extra. I used mayonnaise instead of MW, so I added a bit of sugar and vinegar to the mayo. A keeper recipe! Thanx!

This was great! I didn't think I would like it as much as an old recipe I had but it was even better! I did as one reviewer suggested and added some crumbled fried bacon (after one serving made exactly as directed). Both ways were absolutely great. Thanks for a great recipe!! Made for AU recipe swap 08.

So simple, so yummy! This recipe is fantastic for if you need some quick but filling veggies to go with your meals or even as just a snack on its own. Goes great with low-fat feta in it.

We all enjoyed this salad, even my husband--the mustard hater! I fried up and crumbled a few slices of bacon which was very nice. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Simple salad that's easy to whip up and very economical too! I used cheddar cheese shreds, some leftover bacon and Miracle Whip Light. I was glad that I blanched the veggies - I think that is a very good idea as it softens the broccoli and cauliflower just a tiny bit, thanks for including the instructions on how to do it. Made for Zaar Stars tag game.

I like every thing about this recipe except the texture of the veggies after being blanched. The flavors are really good together. I will try it again with raw veggies. Thanks for posting.

This is soooo delicious, D. Added more veggies ((green, red peppers, yellow squash, capers), since I had them from another recipe--(didn't blanch, tho); followed the recipe otherwise. Lots of crunchiness--love it! Great summer-time salad!

I loved the addition of mustard! I didn't blanch the veggies to keep it more healthy. Thanks! Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag.

I used large head of broc and caul. Smart Balance in place of Miracle whip we are not a fan of it, adding Harvest coarse ground dijon to it. I also used real bacon using Oven Cooked Bacon With Black Pepper and Brown Sugar to cook it. Thanks for the good eats!
