Made this for Christmas dessert and it was a big hit, we all love lemon here and the smell and the taste were heavenly! Made as directed except I did not add the pecans. Just perfect! Thank you for posting!!

This was a wonderful cake and a real hit at my party. However the glace was sugary and didn't disolve.I wish it would have told how long to cook the glace for. Will make this again and again!!!!

Sounds super! But Mary, if you can spare 1/2 cups of limoncello, send it to us! We are in Colorado...We make it all the time & can't imagine wasting a single drop of it on a cake! (gonna play with the recipe though, it sounds so good!)

What an AWSOME cake! I could eat this every day. I always have these ingredients in the house. This was so easy to whip together. Thank you.

I have a lemon tree and make limoncello and this is a delicious way to further use this wonderful liquor. Thanks for sharing and I'm tucking your recipe into my dessert cookbook!
