We loved this Greek salad, the dressing was outstanding, I used fresh oregano right out of the garden and let the salad marinate for about 4 hours. Couldn't find any fat free feta cheese, so used regular cow feta from the deli. Love the kalamata olives with the feta, the tastes of the olives, feta and veggies all seemed to complement each other and the dressing was the perfect finish to bring it all together. thanks for sharing, we'll be doing this one again and again.

Great salad - I made it up in the late morning popped it in the fridge. I made the dressing at the same time but kept it separate as one person does not like dressing (imagine!) and served it on the side I used fresh Greek oregano in the dressing and it does have a wonderful flavor. The only thing I added were chopped radishes, perhaps not Greek but the garden is overflowing, great added crunch. Thanks Sue for an easy tasty recipe

I absolutely LOVE this salad. I'm a huge fan of mediterranean food and this salad is just so juicy, fresh and zesty...I get cravings for it! I'm not a big onion fan, though, so I reduce the red onions to about 1/4 cup. It still gives the salad the flavor that only onions can without being overpowering. Thanks for the great recipe!

I love this type of salad, however, I didn't use the olives (I'm not a big olive fan). I do love Balsamic Vinegar so I doubled it. Overall this salad has a great flavor and was enjoyed very much.

Great flavors, the combination is just perfect! I skipped the green pepper because I don't like them. My brother and my friend who don't eat salad, finished it all! Thanks Sue!

Wow, this salad is incredible. Easy to make and lots of flavour. There was barely enough left for lunch today. Next time I won't chop my tomatoes up as much, but have larger slices. There seems to be a lot of liquid, but the taste is still great.

I make a version of this that I just LOVE. It is basically the same as Sue L's, but I add some red and yellow peppers, artichoke hearts, and finely chopped pepperoncini's. I also use herbes de provence (rosemary, marjoram, thyme, and savory) It is such an easy, refreshing, flavorful salad..it just makes me happy!

This was wonderful! We grow all of our own produce, so all I had to do was go out back and pick ingredient. I served this with the BBQ Korean Pork Loin (on this site)steamed rice and grilled veggies from Bobby Flay. I love being the kitchen star in the family, THANKS to ALL the great cooks on this website that make me look good!

This was great! I made it for a party and the everyone(About 20 people)really liked it. I doubled this recipe and it worked great. I had to drain some liquid off as it was chilling, because the tomatoes I had were pretty darn ripe. I also added black beans and some minced garlic. Super good stuff.

Great! I added 2 cloves of minced garlic and fresh ground black pepper. It was a hit!
