My DIL is having twins, a boy and a girl, so this was the perfect shower favor! I did some in pink and some in blue. I filled with pastel colored mints. Everyone brought one home as a thank you for sharing the day with us! Everyone loved the idea and they were so cute on the theme table of pink and blue. Thanks for sharing such a great idea Paula!

Hosted a baby shower for my sister-in-law and made these for decorations/favors. I altered the directions slightly (couldn't find any plain white dixie cups). I used styrofoam cups and used a metal brad (found in the office area of wal-mart) to hold the edges together then hot glued a ribbon over the brad to hide it. From start to finish it only took me about 45 minutes to make around 35 of them! Very easy to make and everyone loved them!

This made a wonderful inexpensive favor for my sister's baby shower. Everyone thought they were so cute. I made blue, pink, green and yellow ones. I filled them with pastel mints and candy coated almonds. Thank you! Kim

I thought this was a great idea! I am using them for a shower for a friend. My husband & I worked for 2 hours on 45 of them. He found that using a 4.50 crochet hook worked wonders for "lacing" the cups.
