70 Reviews of Taco Bell Mexican Pizza - Copycat

From: AmyMCGS

Wonderful! I sprayed my tortillas with cooking spray (both sides) and baked until crisp rather than frying them~ a little less grease/ fat that way! I used fat-free refried beans, and I also used taco seasoning based on other reviews. I'll definitely be making this one again.

This recipe tasted great! It was easy to make. I added taco seasoning, (approx. 1/4 pkg.) instead of the recipe's spices. I will make this again. Thanks for the recipe!!

Yummy!!! I substituted Taco Seasoning mix instead of the individual ingredients and added sour cream on top after it came out of the oven, but it was definitely home-made heavenly!

this really is as delicious as everyone says. it's simple to make and has fast become a regular in my house. i also used the taco seasoning and added some fresh cilantro to top things off.

Awesome! I changed the recipe to suit our tastes, and it was great! I used packaged taco seasoning instead of the spices, and also baked the tortillas in the oven with a spray of Pam instead of frying them. Then assembled and baked. After I sprinkled them with diced green onions and lettuce, with a dollop of sour cream. They were so good, DH and I devoured them. WAY better than Taco Bell, and gave me something different to make for dinner. I was tired of our usual soft taco dinner!

This recipe is EXCELLENT, it tastes so good and is easy to make. The meat mixture was a bit bland. Next time I would just use a taco seasoning packet rather than making the meat mixture by scratch. Other than that, I can't wait to make this again!

This is sooo good. My family loved it, even my very picky 5-year old.

I love these! I used my recipe for Taco Meat (which is a copycat for Taco Bell's beef) - if has a fine texture, and works well. Thanks for posting this!

I took the others advice since i do like a spicier meat and used a taco seasoning mix and it was great! I make a similiar recipe without the baking that i am posting.

These taste great! They do not have a Taco Bell here, so this recipe was very much welcomed and very, very tasty. Thanks, Mystery
