I love this salad and especially since it's pretty low fat/cal however, its WAY to vinegary. I added more mayo and a little more splenda to compensate. Also added 2 slices of bacon to make it more like the one my mom makes. YUMMY!

Excellent salad for my raw-veggie-lovin' DH. I did end up making slightly more dressing than the recipe called for. I used another Tbsp of mayo, but only a touch more vinegar and sweetener; the dressing as written was very thin and the small lumps would not smooth out, so the extra mayo helped make it thicker and smoother.

This is a really wonderful (and healthy) salad. The dressing reminded me of the dressing my mother makes for wilted letuuce. This time I left out sunflower seeds (because e I didnt' have any). Next time, I use a strip or two of bacon instead of sunflower seeds.

Yum! I used plain nonfat yogurt instead of mayo. I was even able to get someone who doesn't like raw brocolli to enjoy this dish!

I'm about to make this but will use a tiny bit of stevia for the sugar-free sweetener. I won't go near Splenda since I read about how it affects the brain and body. You might look into it too. Thanks to you for posting!
