This recipe is from Hillbilly Housewife (or at least that's where I found it! I was going to add it to my personal recipes here, but found it already posted.) It's so easy to make and so good! I skinned, separated & trimmed the fat of all the chicken quarters first. Then I combined all the sauce mixture in the freezer bag and mixed it together by squishing the bag before adding the chicken. I then squeezed all the air out and laid it flat in the freezer. I pulled it out maby a week later, letting it defrost & marinate in the fridge, occassionally flipping the bag. I baked it on my large bar stone, pouring the extra marinade from the bag over the chicken and cooked it for 45 minutes. It came out perfect- the marinade baked on coating the chicken wonderfully. The family gave it a thumbs up and it's going into the keep pile.

Simple and tasty! I made this for my family with rice and corn bread and they fought over the chicken. I made 5.5 lbs of chicken quarters and kicked the honey and soy sauce to 1/2 cup and ketchup to3/4 cup. Added lots of garlic and good to go!

My husband who "hates all oven-baked chicken" LOVED this meal. He asked the very next night when we were having it again. My 7 year old loved it too! It's easy and very tastey! Definitely a keeper in our house...

This was delicious. We made it on the grill and it got very smoky, DELICIOUS. I poured sauce as it grilled. (I let it rest the whole night in the sauce). My husband already asked for another batch, that I'll get in the fridge tonight to bake tomorrow. Thanks for sharing, Scout!
