I prepared this using a red pepper and a yellow pepper along with our favorite spinach and asiago cheese chicken sausages. The flavor was excellent. I did add a litle chicken broth near the end to create a bit of a sauce for the pasta. Hubby really enjoyed this.

This is very good. It is colorful, easy, and good to eat. I followed the ingredients as per recipe. I used linguine, and 1 orange and 1 green pepper. The flavors blended very well together. Made for Recipe Swap.

This is so yummy! The only thing I did differently was omitted the noodles and made garlic mashed potatoes instead. SO good! Thanks!

quick and easy with beautiful color and flavors. i used 4 smoked chicken apple sausages cut in 1/2" slices and tossed them in with the red bell pepper and onions. i loved the rosemary, black pepper and balsamic. the only change i would make is to do something more with the pasta (maybe butter and parmesan) before serving the sausages over them. we found it only served 4, not 6. thanks!

WOW, WOW!! DELISH!! My DH gave this an 8 1/2, which is a huge compliment from him!! :O) The only thing I did different was to serve it over polenta~~#47663. My husband also drizzled extra balsamic vinegar over it all. Thanks so much for sharing!! :O)
