These are delicious potatoes. I used 1/2 lb small red creamy potatoes, and the full amounts of everything else like another reviewer. They were lightly crispy on the outside and very creamy on the inside with lovely flavors of the sage, garlic, and a hint of lemon. I did add a touch of salt at the table. Thanks for this one, Chef Potts.

Excallent! Do be aware that if you are a little heavy handed with the fresh sage as I was rather a lot, (entirely my fault) that these could be a little overwhelming... DH and I are fresh herb lovers and could handle my heavy handness, but we agreed that many of the people we would serve this too would not have the same tolerance levels. I have "sagely" descided to resist the temptation to add extra when I make this again LOL... Please see my rating system: 4 stars for a wonderful recipe where the flavours come though more than you might think at first.. where your kitchen will emit the most devine aromas and where fresh herb fanatics will delight. Thanks!

Oh my gosh!! These potatoes are so good. I didn't have sage on hand so I used basil and they smelled and tasted great. They have a nice crispy outside and and wonderfully soft inside. I used tiny potatoes that served this dish well. Next time I will try the sage. There is not a thing that I would change. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.

These are very good - I loved the method of boiling first and then roasting - guaranteed a nice finish. I think I'll up the oil a little bit just to give the outside a bit more crispiness.

These asre so good Chef Potts. I sometime make a herbed potato using a dried herb mix, but this is so similar. And as Sonya stated the smell is so good when you are baking them! Served as a side dish they are wonderful and the flavours mix together so very well. I will be making this more often when the winter comes, as it is a favourite here! Thanks for another great recipe Chef Potts.

We really enjoyed these lovely crisp, flavorful potatoes. They were quick and easy to throw together, with ingredients always found in the house. Loved it. I liked the addition of the sage and lemon. I will definitely be making these again. Thanks for sharing your wonderful recipe.

I used new white potatoes, unpeeled. After the 10 minutes they were not tender so I added another 5 minutes. Then after they were drained, the skin fell off by itself. Maybe they were a little bit tender. I used pineapple sage leaves from my garden. I loved the lemon taste they got. They were great but a bit more seasoning would have been great. Maybe use lemon juice instead of the water. Thanks I'mPat. Made for Zaar Star Game

Quick easy and fresh tasting potatoes. I also cut back on the sage after reading others review and liked the lesser amount that I added. Thanks

I really enjoyed these potatoes. I did add some salt after serving them. Since I used new potatoes, I cut them in half rather than in quarters. Thanks for posting.
