I just love to use the microwave and shorten the cooking time and this worked out great!!! I cut the recipe to serve one, as I was having a salad and these yummy potatoes for lunch. Thanks for sharing another great recipe!!!! Made for potluck tag.

We really enjoyed these! I loved the hint of lemon flavor. I liked that they started in the microwave and didn't take much time in the oven. My sons enjoyed them, too!

We loved this! It was easy to prepare and took no time at all, plus you have the added bonus of taste. Made as posted except cut it down to serve just 2. This is a keeper. Thanks lazyme for posting.

The description is perfect--easy and a family favorite! I followed the directions exactly except that I stirred up the potato and onion mixture to distribute the salt and lemon pepper more evenly. They came out delicious! Thanks lazyme!

Oh, yum....these taste like a stuffed baked potatoe without the sour cream of course. Just a note I did have to cook mine for about 45 minutes even after precooking in the microwave. Good side dish.

I've used this recipe twice now, and it came out great both times! DH liked it, but said to use less onions next time. I used reduced fat cheese. This was a simple and fast way to use baby potatoes. Thanks for posting!

These were so good and loved the addition of the lemon pepper. Used slightly more that stated with Kosher salt. I couldn't find a vidalia onion so used a yellow which worked well. Thanks

This was delicious! I had no idea adding the lemon pepper would make such a difference, but it was stunning. I'm really impressed! Quick, easy and yummy!

I used yellow potatoes and cooked them in my steamer machine. This is very simple and easy to do. And it was great with the cheese
Thanks Lazyme. Made for Zaar Star Game
