Simple, light & delicious! I had jumbo scallops, so I used more garlic, onions & lemon juice for my family (always love more garlic). Olive oil instead of butter worked for us. Kids loved both the sauce (due to extra lemon juice) on the rice, and the tender scallops. Will be made again.

    I used frozen scallops and did not have parsley. I think the frozen scallops watered down the saute sauce. Next time I will try to have fresh scallops and the parsley. I will add more garlic and lemon juice too! It was delicious! Thanks JerriLea!

    Another 5 star rating and what more can I say. This was delicious. I halved the recipe for my small family but next time will do the full recipe. We were left wanting more. Excellent sauce for shrimp as well.

    Oh my! This is delicious! I made it with 1 lb. bay scallops and 1 lb. shrimp. I used less garlic-personal preference. I didn't have fresh parsley, so I added some dried. Thanks for sharing this. So wonderful and easy!

    This was GREAT! And very quick and easy to make. I used frozen bay scallops I defrosted in the microwave. I served it over spinach. Low carb too!

    Very delicious scallop. I did't even use onion and garlic instead I used the powder onion and garlic. I will make thie again soon!
