I didn't like this one.It's not how real risotto is made, so the quintessential creaminess we love about a risotto dish isn't there. I tried it because I wanted to see if there was a shortcut to making one of my favorite dishes.Risotto is one of those things that can't really be shortchanged, though.You have to stand there and ladle one scoop of boiling water at a time into the cooking rice and keep stirring the rice. The process is what does it.
