1 Review of Cracker Jack - Copycat

This was very easy to make and everyone loved them. I just used plain bag popcorn. I used 2 bags, upped the brown sugar to 1 cup, butter to 1/3 cup, 4 tbsp corn syrup and a little more vanilla. I split the batch in half and did half of it with peanuts and half with cashews. They are very good. Next time I think I will lower the oven temp and cook a little longer stirring during the cooking time. They almost burned on the bottom. The second batch I took out 1 minute early but they were still a little gooey(but yummy). I will probably make these for Christmas goodies this year.
