I loved these tacos! I also really liked the homemade ranch dressing with the minced garlic added. I never thought of doing that! I was hooked putting it on everything for days! This is a great alternative to the regular beef tacos. You gotta try these! Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Good alternative for those who don't like ground beef, like my daughter. She liked it on nacho chips as well as the taco shells. One substitution I made was using my own taco seasoning. Turned out great.

This is a great quick weekday supper! I used Rotisserie Chicken from Costco which eliminated the need cooking the chicken breasts in oil. I heated the cut-up Rotisserie Chicken in a pan and added Taco Seasoning Mix - the Best! till well heated. The Ranch Dressing really made the flavor of these chicken tacos! I served with the chopped tomatoes, green onion and lettuce and also added tomato salsa as well. Thanks so much, Kittencal!

Love this, and quick too, Kitten you have done it again! I was wondering around Zaar and I came upon this delightful, easy as picking dandelions in the Spring, but POW erful taste sensation. I had everything on hand, even down to the "Stand n' stuff" taco shells. I had made some ranch dressing last night from "Hidden Valley" so that was already done! I had some rotarrise chicken and put this into the seasoning, and away I went as a gentle breeze, taking a moment to sit down and enjoy the taste, ease, and complete enjoyment of this recipe. I was moving fast and didn't read all the instructions very well, I ended up adding half of the packet of ranch dressing in with the dry taco seasoning and added a little bit of chicken broth. It was very good! So, I guess this is not a real review, but thanks for the idea anyhow!

Kitten these were FANTASTIC and so easy. I shredded the chicken breast instead of cubing. Everyone loved these. Thanks Kitten, you are awsome!!
