Absolutely delicious! It's a wonderful appetizer or snack on a warm day. I love the creaminess of the Boursin cheese combined with the tanginess of the sun-dried tomato. The basil is a perfect compliment to the flavors of the other ingredients, and the cucumber is refreshing and mild. It was very easy to put together. I am going to make this recipe as one of the appetizers at my next party when it gets warm out again. Thanks for sharing such a yummy recipe!

Really great. I made these for a party and they were a hit. I used sun dried tomatoes on some, sun dried peppers on others. Also, instead of olive oil from the tomatoes, I used garlic infused olive oil.
