I love these - here is the point confusion though - these are meant to be made with the MINI cupcake/muffin pans - with a yeild of 36 mini's - then you get one point each! The taste wonderful, no hint of pumpkin flavor just tastes like a yummy chocolate cupcake!!

I have been making these healthy muffins for years. My girls' gobble them up, and request them weekly! We like ours a little more dense and use only about a quarter cup of water.

This is a very good recipe that I have made before. I have also tried different flavored cake mixes with great success, especially lemon if you like lemon flavor. But, according to my points calculator they are 3 points each. Darn!

Cooked this recipe to launch my return to Weight Watchers. It was great! My fiance also enjoyed the taste. The only thing I would change is the point value, which I figured was 2pt each
. Thanks for the recipe-Derek

These are fabulous! The consistency is decent and they stay moist for so long! Loved these! Thanks! Update. I made these a second time but added 1 cup water and 1 cup quick cooking oats and baked them for 25 minutes. I liked the consistency much more this way.

So very easy to make and very good tasting. There is a slight after taste but thinking maybe once they are cooled they will not have that. They came out super moist and perfect texture. i only used 1/2 cup water. Just what I was looking for. And these really are one point. I double checked!! Thanks for sharing.

I am a little confused. When I calculate points on the on-line points calculator, I get 3 not 1. Where do you get 1 point from?? Taste is good, nice and moist, but a few more points than I was counting on!

So easy to make and delicious!!! When I would eat one, I topped it with Fat Free Cool Whip and it was sooooo good!!! Even the kids begged for more!

These are very yummy and moist. I made them for a family get together and I also made "regular" cupcakes, but everyone was eating these and didn't even know they were "diet". They are delicious thanks for posting. Amy

Great cupcakes for chocoholics trying to limit calorie consumption
Very moist too. I added chocolate sprinkles on top instead of icing. Thanks!!
