Delish! I tried these in the oven (350F for 1 hour) and they made my kitchen smell great! They were simple and very tasty. Thanks diner for sharing.

Simply delicious! We made ours in an aluminum foil pie pan then plated it. Similar to Wisconsin potatoes which are made with cheddar cheese instead of parmesan. Thanks for sharing diner524. Made for ZWT4.

A really nice, simple & tasty side, can't wait to try it with onions next time. Thanks Diner!

These were good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written except I added a bit more parmesan as we love cheese. We thought they could have used a bit more of the spices also. I think I may double all the spices next time. This was a nice easy side dish.

Wonderful potato dish. Tonight I served your Awesome Sloppy Joes (which I have made before) over these and everyone raved about the flavours. So easy to make and so delicious. Thanks!

I used Yukon Golds and had to peel them because the peels weren't purty I liked the ease of these and the great flavour from griling them. I didn't have garlic powder (gasp!) and used onion powder instead. It was a fine replacement. I also cooked them with indirect heat and they were perfectly cooked after 45 minutes. I made this for Everyday's a Holiday. Thanks diner!

Simple and tasty!! We used russet potatoes and fresh grated parmesan. I sprayed the foil with cooking spray and so cut down on the amount of the butter. Perfect with grilled steaks!! Made for Las Mistico Magicos Sirenas - ZWT 5.

Cut this down to 2 servings and added onion powder equivalent to the garlic powder. Came out good but I agree with the other viewer about doubling the seasoning - or use smaller potatoes! Be careful on your heat - my grill got too hot the last five minutes and it defiantly showed! Made for ZWT5 New Zealand/Australia Region.

We really enjoyed these tonight with our steak dinner. I cut the recipe to 3 potatoes and used the stated seasoning which worked out perfect for us. I did add a sliced onion to the mix before grilling. Loved it. Thanks. Made for ZWT4
