Wonderful flavor! I premade this including the sauce and then froze the sauce and cubes in a Seal-a-Meal type bag. We took camping and boiled the bag, but not sure how long it took. We had doubled the recipe too. This had a little heat, but not too much. Will make again.

I made this - from the newspaper clipping, not this site, so it was kind of neat to find it here. I made it in my kitchen, not camping. My family absolutely loved it. The kids thought it would be totally weird having peanut butter in it, but then they tried it and gobbled it up. I omitted the cayenne and served it over rice. It was very easy to prepare and because of our large family I had to make a triple batch. I warmed the peanut butter, honey, soy, ketchup, and spices in a bowl in the microwave and stirred them together and then into that I stirred the raw chicken pieces so they were coated with the mixture before I put them in the pan. I cooked mine long enough to let it carmalize a little. MMMmmm!

Very good and different. We all enjoyed this over rice and my kids have asked for it again - so it goes straight into the keeper file. The sauce was a wonderful, savoury treat.

WOW! I love peanut butter and ketchup, they basiclly my two favortie codiments....but I never really tried peanut butter with meat before. I made one serving for me and my mother, but I didnt end up wanting to share!!! My word this was good! I used low fat low sugar low cal peanut butter, and low sodium soy sauce. Such an awesome recipe. I am going to use this sauce for a ton of diffrent meats!! Love this!
