I loved the slightly sweet salty combo of the apple/raisins and feta here. The crunch of the pecans mixed with the flavourful dressing was nice. Good luck in RSC #10!

This salad is for the garlic lover! (which I am ) The fresh chopped garlic clove in the dressing was delicious (I used my garlic press which probably made it juicier than if i had just chopped it by hand). all the ingredients complemented each other very well. I was a little nervous about coating the pecans with the jalapeno, but after they were cooked we couldn't really taste it. I may just omit the jalapeno next time. Thanks for a great salad recipe!!

Great mix of ingredients. We used the optional fresh parmesan cheese instead of feta. We liked the salad but we did not care at all for the dressing. We found it too harsh and strong over the sweet ingredients that were in this salad. We added some honey to it and it seemed to balance out better. Thanks for an interesting combo of veggies/fruits and nuts. Good luck chef!

This was quite wonderful! Even my "I only like Ranch dressing on my salad" teenagers thought this was good. I used bleu cheese this time, but will definately be making this one again and will try it with the feta cheese next. Good salad!
