This certainly was easy and delicious, for most of the cooking time it takes care of itself. Beautiful colour and consistency, smells divine, and it tasted wonderful. We served it as a side dish with baby roasted potatoes and chicken schnitzels, but I think it would be a very versatile dish. Thanks for a lovely recipe!

Absolutely loved them! The Kahlua adds the perfect depth of flavor to this delicious side dish. I served these with ham, but they would be the perfect accompaniment to any dish. Made for RSC No. 10

I never would have thought of combining jalapenos and kahlua but this worked out quite well. Served as a side to grillec chicken breasts and baby potatoes.

This was fun and easy to make - everyone seemed to get a kick out of the fact that there was Kahlua in it. Would make it again.
