Martha knew what she was doing with this one! It's a snap to make when you're in a hurry and tastes really good. The red pepper flakes (which I didn't measure, just added them "to taste") are a nice innovation.

Very good, I forgot to add the butter when mixing all together - but was still wonderful and probably saved some calories!
