Like Paula, I also used this for dusting a dessert, in my case lemon-lime bars. The appearance and taste was just like conventional powdered sugar. I made mini in a mini chopper and it worked just fine, one just needs to let the dust settle. Thanks MarraMamba.

Well I'll be darned! What a great find for a dieter! Not quite as sweet as the real thing but super for dusting. Wonder if it will work when used as an ingredient say combined with cream cheese as an icing? I'll try it out and let you know! Thanks!

I used this today for dusting Banana Muffins - Little Miss (DD) loves dusted cakes and muffins so this is great without the full impact of sugar. Thank you MarraMamba

This worked great! I only made 1/4 a cup to try it out and used my immersion blender in a 2 cup pyrex. This is a nice recipe to have on hand since I'm cutting down on sugar. Thanks! Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

This is a great alternative to powdered sugar. I used it to dust some low-fat/low-carb brownies. I don't think it is quite as sweet as powdered sugar. Great recipe for my diabetic husband.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! So simple, I can't imagine why I never thought of it — but it's wonderful to finally have a sugar-free alternative to confectioner's sugar!!

I tried this recipe out on some homemade fried pies as a glazing. I added a little extra corn starch and it made a perfect glaze That was the finishing tough to a splenda made fried pie thanks so much
