I remember my grandma making this when I was a young girl. It has been out longer than people think.

This sounded good to me and reminded me of a food I had as a child, but when I made it, nobody liked it very well. The lime flavor with the cottage cheese was a little too strange, so I ended up eating all the leftovers so we didn't have to toss it.

Yummy! I gave this recipe to a friend to make for a potluck lunch here at work. She says she made it exactly like the recipe said. It was sooooo good! It was used for a halloween lunch and went over really well! I'm going to make it soon for my own family!! Thanks for the recipe!

Oh goodness, how many times have I had to make this for my mother on Thanksgiving and Christmas? lol. This has been a traditional dessert in my family for years at the holidays. The only thing different about ours is that we don't use the cottage cheese. I may just have to sneek it in next time though, just to give it a try. Thanx for posting!

My family has made Green Stuff for as long as I can remember. The only difference is our recipe calls for chopped walnuts and no marshmallows. This is a family favorite!
