I wasn't a fan of these, though my daughter liked them. I added parmesan and basil and oregano and still found them quite bland. I love the idea of pasta muffins though, so I may play around with it a ittle and try again

These were really good muffins. I had posted a recipe request for left over pasta, and this was one of the recipes you suggested. For my muffins I used spaghetti w/ my own marinara sauce, a mild cheddar and a little parmesean cheese added in. I also included the garlic and italian seasoning. Really cool idea, I will be making these again. Thanks Anme

I used my leftovers from last night to make a half recipe. I was surprised at how well they held together. I used Cajun seasoning instead of Italian since that was the flavoring of the pasta we used.

I never have leftover spaghetti so made some for this recipe. These were good and easy to make but my kids weren't real impressed with them. We were turn between a three and four stars but went four for the easy recipe.

WOW! I was nervous making these and my husband kept making silly comments as I was putting them together. But I was GREATLY impressed, and so was he, with the final result. I didn't fill my muffin tins high enough (which means I got more "small" muffins than 12) but it worked out well. I did add more seasonings: I had about 5 cups cooked spaghetti and added 2 cups SALSA, creole seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. I also did put in 1/2 cup bread crumbs (just didn't look like 1/4 cup was enough). These were absolutely great! I'm sharing 4 muffins with my best friend & her husband tomorrow! Thanks for a great recipe! I'm submitting a picture also but it's not as nice as yours (because mine are smaller & I'm not a great photo taker yet!!)

Very creative. Unfortunately it was not palpable for my family. Great Idea, but the taste is just too weird. Maybe it is something you have to get used to. (Like horseradish or mustard greens) I give you 5 stars for creativity, but Unfortunately we had to throw our whole batch out. (and I miss the cheese I used in these)

Interesting! I'll not rate it yet because I neglected to read the part about tossing in sauce. Sooo, mine were pretty dry, even with 1 cup of cheese. I froze the remainder and will serve them with some type of sauce later. I think these could be good.
