WOW! This is one of those EASY recipes that turn out FANTASTIC! I'd never thought of doing this but it really is WONDERFUL! I can imagine using it on all sorts of things. We enjoyed it with vegetarian chili. I also thought it was going to have to sit to develop flavor but it was ready to use right away. Just be aware that it does thin down the sour cream a bit. Made for Zaar tag.

I love, love, love this sauce! I made it with low fat sour cream and it was so flavorful and really good for a lot of uses. I will be using this again and again. Thanks for the great recipe!

One of my favorite things and it is SO easy! Thank you for giving me the recipe so I realizedf HOW easy it is to use ALL THE TIME!!! If you enjoy lime - try this one anything! What a versatile way to "spice up" your sour cream!!! THIS IS A KEEPER for me!
Use it on chili, chicken tortilla sour, tacos, nachos, anything Mexican, Spanish, Indian, on eggs with a salsa, I used it tonight on a potato pancake recipe and it was to die for, just about anything!!

This was a good start, I added one chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, and a large clove of garlic, great combination. I sizzzed them all up together with my immersion blender. I severed this with Authentic Spicy Chicken Tacos. Thanks for sharing, reviewd for ZWT 5 by one of the Cooks With Dirty Faces.

So simple yet so tasty. Will definitely do this often, especially when serving Mexican. I can just dip french fries into this - so yummy.

LOVED this. I would have never thought such simple additions to regular sour cream would be so incredible!!! I will never want plzin sour cream on my Mexican food again!
