This was wonderful!!! I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and breasts! I also used onion, red and green bell pepper between the meat when skewering. Will probably use again when marinating chicken for baking and grillings. Thanks Boomette!

This marinade was really good. I also made skewers of mushrooms and onions and basted them with the reserved marinade. Very good! **EDIT: I just realized looking BACK at the recipe that I forgot to add the honey to the reserved marinade before basting, but I did use o.j. concentrate, so it still turned out sweet, we didn't even miss the honey.

WOW This is great. The flavor was awsome. I used chicken tenders so omitted the skewer part. Will definatly make this again. Thanks for the great recipe.

Excellent! What a great blend of flavors, and not a bit of leftovers (boo hoo). Definitely a STAR in my book (as in FIVE STARS). Zaar Star Tag January 08

These were yummy and easy to prepare. I used fresh orange juice and omitted the optional sesame oil. On reflection, I think the oil would have been a welcome addition adding some nuttiness to balance the sweetness from the orange and honey. I prepare mine on an indoor grill and threaded my chicken with red, yellow and green peppers and white onions. Thanks!

Skipped the honey as DH doesn't like sweet savory dishes. I also used the optional oil. Will make it again but only for myself, and will add the honey then! Thanks

Great tasting, & a very nice change of pace from my usual chicken dishes! I excluded the salt because of the amount of sodium in the soy sauce, & I followed justcallmetoni's cue & included colorful pieces of bell pepper! This all got broiled instead of grilled, but the result was outstanding ~ served over some brown rice! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed for Zaar Stars Recipe Tag game]

This is very tasty and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly except I used chicken tenders and broiled in the oven. Made for Holiday Tag 2007

OK, so I was lazy and didn't skewer my chicken...but it was darn tasty nevertheless. (just a little less fancy) Tender with bursts of flavor in every bite. Even though I increased the garlic, the ginger was still the dominate player here. Kids LOVED it...which is always good! I served mine with fresh green beans and Basmati rice pilaf tonight. I think we have a new favorite in the house for grilled chicken. Thanks, Babe!
