Mmmmmmm....delicious! I used extra lean ground turkey and fat free cheddar. I also used salsa in place of the tomato sauce, and added some black olives for some healthy fats. Thanks TeresaS and Weight Watchers!

Delicious, the tortilla comes out nice and crisp without the added calories from deep frying. I served this on a bed of shredded lettuce topped with guacamole and salsa. The meat mixture was made a day in advance and then reheated when needed. The tortillas were microwaved for about 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave. The timing was excellent.

This was so good! Love that it's baked and not fried. Added some salsa and rice mixture I had in the fridge. Will definitely keep in the cookbook and make again.

Fantastic! Thank you for sharing your delicious recipe. I used ground chicken and whole wheat tortillas. It is what I had on had. All of the flavors blend really well in this easy meal. This is definately company worthy, and the company won't know this is healthy.

We all thought these were really good and lots of flavor. I used shredded chicken and make extra.... wrapped individually, froze and I have been having them for my lunches.

So Yummy! I was so excited to try it that I burnt my tongue. :D I used 1/4 cup of chunky salsa in place of the chilies. It was a family hit and we'll be making this again.

OMG - This was excellent. My boyfriend is vegetarian, so I replaced the turkey breast with a can of Navy Beans, and added a can of mushrooms. EVERYONE (even the picky eater) loved them. Best part, even after the substitutions the total calories were only like 260 each! Has already been requested again for in a few weeks. I am guessing that it is a new family favorite. Thanks!

5 Stars, DH & I both loved it! It was mildly spiced which is kinder to our digestive systems, and it is easy enough to make often; anyone wishing it to be stronger could make with chopped jalapenos instead of mild green chiles, or use spicy salsa instead of tomato sauce, as others have done. Makes about 2 3/4 cups of filling, so DH can make 2 small chimichangas (burritos) with smaller tortillas tomorrow. Made for Please Review My Recipe.

We really liked these...we opted to use jar salsa rather than all the different spices for simplicity - and to add extra moisture, veggies and flavor; it was tremendous. Make leftovers for lunch the next day. Your dieting co-workers will be jealous!

I really liked these! I thought they were pretty good and actually got much better the next day, after the flavors got to "mingle" a bit. DH thought they were good, but would like to try them with lean ground beef instead of turkey. I think next time I'll also leave out the green chiles and add tabasco sauce instead. Thanks for sharing!
