If you like light, very fluffy desserts and strawberries, you are gonna love this! Don't whip the cream too stiff like I did b/c then it doesn't fold in easily, and you fold too much and the end result isn't quite as firm as it ought to be. But that was my fault. Made for ZWT4.

What a great end to our dinner tonight. So easy to make, yet the results were fabulous. I love strawberries & this was just lovely. After a roast dinner, it was very tasty, yet not filling. Made for Aus/NZ Recipe Swap #15. Thanks Peggy for sharing this keeper.

Wow what a great dessert. It took a while to beat the strawberry mixture, but it was worth the wait! Thankyou

This was wonderful. I love strawberries, they have to be my favorite fruit. Light and just perfect for a late night dessert snack. Thanks Peggy

My GD Carly made this recipe for the ZWT3 Scandivanian Kid Friendly Challenge. She was allowed to use the food processor (everything done under supervision of course) and the outcome was a very rich, very creamy mousse. She was thrilled with her puddings and wants to make more mooses. TFS!

Refreshingly Fluffy and Fruity! I loved this. It did make a large amount so I may cut the amount in half next time as well. Reviewed for ZWT4. Thanks!

Reviewed for ZWT III. We LOVED this snow - great name and great recipe! This was incredibly easy to make and so light, a wonderful texture. Beautiful flavour and DH who hates things with raw egg in really enjoyed it. Will definitely use this recipe again and again. Thanks!

Strawberry lovers unite this is divine and just so easy. Made as directed (I had trepidations thinking that the egg white should be whipped separately but I was wrong). A wonderfully light dessert, I scaled it back for 4 serves and got 6 1 cup serves which means as I was serving 3 there is no fighting and we each have again tomorrow night. Now thinking I have a ripe rockmelon in the fridge and will pulp and give this recipe a go with it (the DH may like this as he doesn't like strawberries). Thank you Leggy Peggy, made for Edition 7 - Make My Recipe. UPDATE - yes it worked well with the rockmelon and was really enjoyed, really think this could be very versatile and use fruit of choice or in season.

Was gonna cut this recipe in half, but am glad I didn't! Even with just two of us in the house, it was gone in less than 12 hours! Wonderful! Light! Tasty! OUTSTANDING! Any positive word you want to use will definitely describe this 'snow, especially for those of us who love strawberries!' Thanks for sharing your great recipe! [Made & reviewed as bonus recipe for one of my teammates in the Aus/NZ Recipe Swap #16]

What a delicious snow? granita? whatever - it's good! Having an abundance of egg whites to use up I printed this recipe as soon as I saw it. What a find! Simple to make and so delicious. I had some very nice strawberries from the farmer's market and this was, quite possibly, the best way to show them off. Thanks for a recipe I know I'll be making for years!
