I followed instructions exactly on this one. It is very, very good! It's like a raspberry vinagrette, but it has a distinct creamy texture. The flavor is great! I used it on a spinach, raspberry salad, with almonds.

I've been really putting off reviewing this because I've been really torn between 4 and 5 stars. I really think that, for us, it really is a 4 star recipe. Although I used full-fat yogurt, we thought that this needed a more creamy taste. We tried it as-is, but found it not quite to our tastes. I ended up adding about a Tbs of mayo to make it a littler richer and really enjoyed it like that. I think that maybe adding a little sour cream or whipping cream or something would be good. I really expected to like this, but it wasn't quite to our tastes...

I loved this salad dressing. I used it on a bed of greens tossed with toasted walnuts, mandarin orange segments, and bleu cheese crumbles. I can see many possiblities here.

I used La Yogurt Raspberry yogurt, too sweet when combined with the honey. I will try fruit-on-the-bottom style raspberry yogurt and less honey next time. Thank you for the posting.

This is a great dressing that doesn't taste anything like what come out of a bottle (which is a good thing). I used Yoplait low-fat raspberry yogurt - the 6 ounce container is just slightly more than the 1/2 cup needed. The first night, I served this on an iceberg lettuce and tomato salad, which really perked up the taste of a basic plain salad. The next night, I made a composed salad of alternating slices of cucumber and tomato, and drizzled this dressing over the top. Very elegant; it looked and tasted like something expensive from an upscale restaurant. Another thing worth noting that I liked about this dressing is that it did not separate even after 2 days in the refrigerator.

Great dressing! I was tempted to sub raspberry vinegar for the apple cider vinegar, but went ahead and followed the directions exactly. It was delicious served over Toasted Walnut Salad With Mandarin Oranges and Gorgonzola Cheese. Thanks for sharing the recipe, Meghan!

This gets a glowing review. I made it with fruit-on-the-bottom style raspberry yogurt (stirred together, of course, before adding it to the dressing). I served it over a salad of mixed baby greens with fresh raspberries, tangelo segments sliced crosswise and toasted almonds. A super hit with the relatives. Definitely 5 stars from me.

This was really amazing. I used the dressing twice and everyone who tried it was thoroughly impressed. I was told time and time again how amazing the dressing was. I was surprised by how easy it was. The second time I used the dressing it had been in the fridge for about 24 hours. I prefer it a few hours after making it rather than a day. I've been looking for a dressing like this for a while now and am so grateful Meghan posted this!
