This is a classic.... easy and tasty for a breakfast any time. I chose not to have milk with mine. This would be a 5 star review if the milk were omitted from the list of ingredients and the bread were added. As it stands the nutritional facts would not be correct. But, a great recipe. Thank you.

I made this very late last night for a snack and it was so good. It hit the spot. The eggs were fluffy and the tomatoes added a nice touch. Thanks for posting.
