I used everything in this except the apple juice and spices. I didn't puree anything because of personal prefenrence. The combination of flavors and textures were very good. I only used 1/4 cup oats and 1/4 chopped apple. It was plenty sweet with the raisins. Thanks for a great and healthy recipe!

I made this for brekky this morning but didn't bother with the processor so mine was a little chunkier than the recipe advises. I still enjoyed it though, I added hazelnuts & sunflower seeds & the spices & coconut with the apple all went really well together. Thanks WRC.

Made this as directed except that (1)I soaked the oats & raisins for 11 hours in some additional apple juice & (2)I processed just half of the muesli for a very nice, chunky, chewy texture! Thanks, much, for A VERY TASTY BREAKFAST! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my Raw Food partners in the Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe Swap 8]

I tried this simply because it was a raw food recipe, and I was completely blown away. Absolutely amazing. UPDATED 7/18: I've found un-blended to be much preferable. Still making this

This was good and is very filling. I doubled the recipe and agree that the oats needs to be reduced to 1/4 cup per person. I liked that the sweetness comes from the fruit. The apple, coconut and almonds gave a nice crunch to the smoothness of the cereal.
